Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility:

Product shall be eligible for a return only if a damaged product is received.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must also be in the original packaging, and the price tag must not be removed.
  • Return shall be approved after verification of the unboxing video (unedited) of the product.
  • Issues with respect to size shall not be eligible for return.

 

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

 

Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@udbhavfashion.com. Please provide your order number and the unboxing video of the damaged product.

 

Refunds:

  • Refund will be processed to the same account from where the payment was made after the return shipment is received and examined at our facility. It usually takes 24 working hours to process the refund, and it might take a further 6-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

Refund Exceptions:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged due to misuse.

 

International Returns:

  • There’ll be no exchange or returns for international deliveries.
