Cancellation Policy

At UDBHAV, we strive to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have outlined our cancellation policy below:

  1. Order Cancellation Requests:
    • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please raise a cancellation request before shipment. Once the request is approved, the order shall be cancelled free of charge.

    • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

  2. How to Cancel:

    • To cancel an order, please login to your account on Udbhav’s website and request cancellation. You may also contact our customer service team at +91 6364343359 for immediate assistance.

  3. Refunds:

    • If your cancellation request is received and processed before the order is shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 6-7 business days for the refund to credit to your account.

  4. Non-Cancellable Items:

    • Custom-made or personalized jewellery pieces are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  5. Order Modification:

    • If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change the size, design, or shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
